The Tricksters Comic Book
by DS on Apr.27, 2009, under Design
As a selling point at a pitch meeting we created comic books for our Tricksters property at Worldwide Biggies, Inc. I laid out the comic book including the cover and the ads (below). As a big comic book fan, you can imagine how much fun i had making this come to fruition. Holding a comic book that you had a hand in creating is a seriously fun experience. The book was created and written by Albie and Jim Hecht with Illustrations by John Delaney.
Fashion Finder Plates
by DS on Apr.27, 2009, under Abigail Andrews Fashion Finder, Design
For the Abigail Andrews Fashion Finder Game we were tasked with creating a hidden object game that centered on finding undiscovered fashion “trends.” Below are some of the plates we created. In each plate there are at least 30 hidden objects some contain double that. The game has over 20 plates with multiple levels of game play in each plate.
Badass
by DS on Apr.24, 2009, under Blog, Illustration
A buddy once sent out requests for “badass” image from all his friends in a specific size for his website. I made this up (probably too literal), completely as a goof and ended up liking it. In any event, I’m posting it here for posterity and all that. If you’re in the mood to read the musings of a very funny man check out my buddy Mikey’s site.

Fashion Finder Game Screens
by DS on Apr.24, 2009, under Abigail Andrews Fashion Finder, Design
Abigail Andrews Fashion Finder is a casual game produced by Worldwide Biggies, Inc. I served as production designer and later Technical Artist on the project. The game itself is a hidden object game where the main character, Abbie, has to find hidden fashions throughout the city for her job at a fashion magazine.
Below are some game screens I created along with the team. Click on the images below for descriptions and larger images.
The game should be out soon so stay on the lookout. I’ll try to update the blog when I get more news on it’s release.

Character Illustrations
by DS on Apr.20, 2009, under Illustration
At my job at Worlwide Biggies, Inc. as well as for some freelance work i did last year, there were a number of times where i was called upon to come up with character sketches that would be used in marketing materials or pitch documents. Here are a few examples:
